I’ve spent the last 10+ years working in recruitment, talent and HR, in diverse creative agencies.
Most recently, I led international recruitment at TBWA / Media Arts lab, Apple’s ad agency. I placed all levels of seniority, across all disciplines throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America as well as their HQ in LA.
I set up Clarfelt + Co in 2017 to work directly and more closely with exciting creative businesses; to help them to find, grow and retain brilliant people.
